Step one in the process was finding out what we have to work with. After we established we have a strong foundation the rest was a piece of cake.
First we found out what the client was expecting to get out of the project if there goals were realistic.
Second we found the original drawings of the home (which made things go a lot smoother.
Third we entered the home floor plans in a computer program called sketch up and then began changing the floor plan to accommodate the needs of the home owner.
Fourth were renderer a 2D Floor plan of the house then we Renderer a 3D model of the exterior which gives the client a very good idea of what there getting.
Fifth we present to home owner and explain the changes we have made and let them know that we require there input on the project and to take a few days look over the drawings and let us know

After we have an idea of what the home owner wants then we can give them a price on the total cost of the project.
